  • Some new features are popping up on douglasphoto.com

    Social Networking links, and other 'stuff'...

    Recently we added some new features to douglasphoto.com that we think you will enjoy and benefit from.  First of all is the Social Networking links (picture in the top row of the accompanying image); using these links you can email a page, add it to your blog, share it on Facebook or Tweet it.  If you would like to keep that page handy on your smartphone; you can click on the icon on the far right to generate a QR Code.  Scan that QR Code with your phone and you'll have to url entered into the phone automatically.  The "A" icons on the second row are used to reduce or enlarge the fonts on a page.  So if you're having any trouble reading a page you can click on the large "A" to enlarge the fonts.  We hope you'll give all of these features a try and find that they are as useful as we hope they will be.

Appreciation lunch for supporters

AZA racing invited supporters to join them November 29th at the Cactus Cantina for an appreciation lunch.  Austin expressed how grateful he was for everyone’s support during the year.  He presented each sponsor in attendance a framed personalized picture.  Chris gave everyone a sneak preview of what some of the plans were for 2010.  Austin will compete in the AAA modified division at 81 Speedway.  He also will be running the complete NCRA modified series and one or two USMTS shows.  The goal next year is not to chase the points in AAA, but will run for the Rookie of the Year in NCRA.  Chris also commented that the race team will have some exciting news to announce within the next two months.  A special thanks was given to Don Renfro for all the help in getting the car ready to race and his expertise during the season. Everyone seemed to enjoy not only the great meal, but getting a chance to congratulate Austin for the great success in his first modified season.
